Starting your day with yoga will set a calm and positive tone for the rest of your day; yoga will not only invigorate and tone your body it can boost concentration and patience so you can leave class with a sense of both physical and mental ease.
Each class incorporates stretching, strengthening, balancing, and relaxation elements. All-levels are welcome; the instructor will offer multiple variations to ensure that beginners and seasoned practitioners are accommodated. A limited number of mats are available for a nominal rental fee ($2) but students are encouraged to bring their own.

Cash or check only (checks to Roar Yoga)
$12 drop-in or 5-class pass for $50
Special rate for Students, Teachers, Health Workers, Fire/Police: $10 drop-in, 5-class pass for $40

*We appreciate warmth as much as any sun-starved Seattlite. However, due to the MASSIVE energy expenditure required to create the super hot environment needed for "hot yoga", we don’t crank up our thermostat to artificially induce a sweaty state--trust us, you won’t need it anyway. You’re hot enough just as you are, and so is the planet.
