Studio Rental Info:

1750 sqft - large restroom/dressing room. Available for Wedding Receptions, Birhday Party, Anniversary Party. Standing room or dancing, studio may fit up to 150 people. Studio B 790 Sqft, see photo below.

Private Party/Events. Fri or Sat if we have some openings, tables, 60 chairs can be provided.

Dj, performances and dance intro lesson are available for hire. Please call us for detials.

All sound system and special lighting are available to use, Iphone, Ipod, lab tops, CD, TV monitor are ready to be connected.

-Guide lines: All rental for off peak hours Rehursal, Private Events are reserved in advance by phone and prepaid online or check/cash drop off at studio. a short contract are requires for all renters as well as damage deposit, this amount is fully refundable and contract can end at anytime by both parties. -

All reservation for party/event booking must be prepaid minimum of 30 days to book, and require a 2 weeks notice to cancel to void losing deposit/floor fee.

Instructors private lesson/rehursal rental:

$15hr private lesson for 2 students, prepaid package of 5hrs or more hours is $12hr. * BDS students call for special rates

All prvt lesson is a space with other renters. For prvt studio to yourself, base rent is $45 hourly for group classes, dance teams does not apply.

(For prvt lesson/rehursal rental, a 24 hr cancel notice is reqire to void losing floor fee).

On occasion, special prvt party/workshops/group classes may & will take priority 11:15am-10:30pm on Fri. or Sat. Please call to check for opennings.
