He then trained, competed and performed urban choreography, most recently for 3 years with McGill's Urban Groove Dance Project. He currently trains actively in the partner style Hustle and continues to build on his lyrical-urban style of choreography.
Patrick Kim Bio:
In 2010, Patrick Kim started off as a self-trained dancer in Hip-Hop and R&B. Starting simply having fun and hobby, he has since then started pursuing dance as a lifestyle, and began learning choreography in the following year. He has taken multiple dance camps and classes from Texas, California, Vancouver, and here in Washington. Eventually he began to learn how to create his own crafts and pieces. By 2014, he performed in many events in schools, Seattle music festivals, and taught hip hop classes in various dance studios. Patrick's goal is to teach others as best in his knowledge and help excel in not only the history of dance, but as well as the art and one's individual's creativity and interpretation of music. He hopes to motivate and inspire each and all to never give up on not only their dreams and goals, but also what they enjoy doing most as well. And most importantly, to have fun. As many of his friends follow the same motto, "Live to Inspire and be Inspired".
